The game's released in the US (just now), so we may have two days of the servers being busy with Yanks.

Getting very excited, but won't be able to play until Monday (or even Tuesday) eve...

... not to re-open a can of worms, but I thought we agreed not to have a hardcore server initially...?

heh no idea, thought we were going hardcore but not all the way ie "medium core"

oh yeah and steam users can pre-load now, but if you have updated to the new steam UI you cannot - you have to revert to the old interface first then it will pre-load fine :)

The way I remember it the conclusion was reached that since no one actually had any idea what the full game was like it would've been foolhardy to make decisions based on the beta.

In this case I think we should be tough on hardcore, tough on the causes of hardcore. Re-evaluate in a month or so.
